Helmets are required on all rides; front and rear lights are encouraged.

Meet in the Harris Teeter Seaside Farms parking lot. Join us for a ride around Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms. After, coffee and pastries will be provided by LOWVELO!

Rest stop volunteering includes set up, preparing food and drink for the riders, providing aid when needed, being cheerleaders for the riders, and break down.
Help is needed at two different shifts:

11:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Mepkin Abbey Metric
Distance: 68 miles
Pace: 17 mph (slower if windy!)

We will be riding to Mepkin Abbey from Awendaw! They will have bathrooms and a place to refill water bottles. Please pack lots of water and FUEL (all the foods). We will take rest breaks about every 20 miles.

Second Chance Bikes Fall Festival
The Second Chance Bikes Fall Festival is a family-friendly event with fun and free activities, a jump castle, pie-eating competition, fairy hair, and more! Come on out and bring your family!
Second Chance Bikes turns donations into #NewUsedBikes. With a bike from Second Chance Bikes, folks have more freedom and independence. They can get to work without spending money on car expenses or bus passes. Their bikes also make it easier for people to access better food choices, visit friends, and get out and enjoy Charleston!

We’ll ride to the beach from Park Circle! We’ll get some elevation training on the Cooper River Bridge (ride at your own pace on that one)! No drop ride.
Please park on East Montague and not in the Orange Spot lot. Don’t forget your flat kit for this one as the bike lane on Spruill can be a little dirty sometimes.
OPTIONAL RUN AFTER THE RIDE: optional 1.4 mile brick run at the end of the ride to the pedestrian bridge and back to Orange Spot for anyone training for triathlons! (12-13 mph pace). Bring a bike lock and change of shoes (if needed) if you decide to participate!

Join us for a ride starting in Hanahan to Cypress Gardens and back with a stop at Brew Coffee on the way back. This ride goes through a couple busy areas so we must maintain the pace & stick together as a group. Bushy Park Rd is a bumpy road so be prepared for that. The coffee at Brew is delicious so it’s worth it!

Let’s ride out to Sullivan’s Island and Isle of Palms, then we’ll end the ride at Island Cabana Bar!
Meet at Hampton Park in the parking lot on the north side of the park (where 10th Ave meets Mary Murray Dr). Please note, vehicle traffic is prohibited in the park on Saturdays between 9-12. You will have to meet us in the parking lot by bike, so plan to arrive earlier to find parking near the park.
Rain will cancel the ride and we will post on Instagram if we cancel.
